个人简介

北京大学现代农学院教授，中国科学院农业政策研究中心主任，发展中国家科学院院士,国际农业经济学家协会荣誉终生会士,农业和应用经济学会（美国）会士。兼任中国农业经济学会副会长、中国农业技术经济学会副会长、亚洲农业经济学家学会当选会长。他于1984年毕业于南京农业大学获学士学位，1990年毕业于获菲律宾大学获经济学博士学位。主要从事农业科技政策、资源环境政策、农产品供需与贸易、食物安全、农村发展政策、气候变化经济学等研究。入选首批国家级“新世纪百千万人才工程”。获国家自然科学基金委“国家杰出青年基金”和“创新研究群体科学基金”等资助。研究成果先后获第五届“中国青年科学家”奖、第三届复旦“管理学杰出贡献奖”、留学回国人员成就奖、多项省部级科学技术进步奖、国际水稻研究所杰出校友奖和菲律宾大学杰出校友奖等荣誉。至2017年初，已在国内外学术刊物上发表学术论文490多篇，其中有260多篇发表在国际学术期刊，与合作者出版19部专（编）著；被英文专著收录70多篇章节，给国家政府部门递交政策简报近80份。他发表的学术论文涵盖了农业与农村发展的各个领域的研究。
