教育经历

2010年毕业于厦门大学生命科学学院,获得学士学位;2015年毕业于北京大学生命科学学院,获得博士学位;2015年7月至2019年9月在北京大学生命科学学院继续开展博士后研究;2019年9月加入北京大学现代农学院。

 

研究方向

本课题组长期致力于解决农业生产中氮肥的问题,主要以合成生物学为研究手段,开展对复杂生物系统和复杂通路的工程化重构以及异源表达;同时通过理性设计提升农作物氮肥利用率。近期研究主要集中在利用合成生物学手段对固氮酶系统进行工程化改造,以期实现固氮酶系统的异源底盘转移:包括1)将固氮酶系统导入作物根际定植优势菌实现高效联合固氮;2)将固氮酶系统从原核生物转移到真核生物乃至主要农作物,从而实现农作物的自主固氮,减少或消除化学氮肥的使用,实现农业的绿色和可持续发展。目前已经在PNAS(4篇,其中两篇为封面推荐)、Cell、Science Advances、Open Biology等杂志发表多篇研究论文。
