    研究员,博士生导师,博雅青年学者。

    教育经历

    周岳于2010年毕业于北京生命科学研究所(NIBS)与兰州大学,获博士学位。2011年起,先后在美国梅奥医学中心、德国马克斯普朗克植物育种学研究所进行博士后/博士后研究员工作。2018年9月入职北京大学现代农学院,同时加入蛋白质与植物基因研究国家重点实验室、北京大学-清华大学生命科学联合中心(CLS)。

  • 科研领域

    周岳实验室致力于研究表观遗传调控在植物发育和植物对环境的响应中的作用,通过跨学科的研究方法,利用遗传学、基因组学、细胞生物学和生物化学等研究手段,重点研究植物染色体3D结构的分子机理以及生物学功能。主要研究结果以第一作者发表在Nature Genetics,Genome Biology, PNAS,Plant Cell,Plant Physiology等刊物上。回到北大后,以通讯作者在Nature Communications, Plant Cell发表文章,揭示了植物染色体一级以及3D结构的调控模式。
