研究领域与成果
本实验室将围绕番茄等作物的精准设计育种相关课题开展应用基础和应用研究,利用多组学分析手段,结合全基因组关联分析、BSA-seq、图位克隆等方法克隆调控番茄品质、发育、抗性、株型等重要农艺性状的关键基因,并利用分子生物学、细胞学、组学等手段解析相关性状分子/驯化机制,通过生物设计育种并结合常规育种培育优质多抗广适番茄新品种。
发表SCI论文30余篇,其中以第一作者或通讯作者(含共同)发表在PNAS、New Phytol等国际知名杂志20余篇,被引次数1200余次。授权国家发明专利11项。主持国家基金、湖北洪山实验室重大项目、国家重点研发计划课题等近20项。担任Vegetable Res期刊编委,并常年为New Phytol、Plant Physiol等多个国际权威期刊审稿。
